The Harvest Club
Each October the mill runs for a matter of days. Members are allocated bottles from that first pressing and receive them the week they are filled — before the harvest is offered publicly. Your reservation renews once a year and you can stop it at any time from your account.

What you receive
Your allocated 500ml bottles from the first pressing of each harvest, induction sealed with the harvest date on the label, packed at the estate and dispatched with tracking. Finish is matte white or clear glass depending on the press — the olive oil inside is identical.
When it ships
We mill in October and bottle the same day. Members are shipped first, within a month of bottling, so the olive oil reaches you at its freshest — before any of it is offered publicly.
Cancel any time
Your reservation renews once a year and you can stop renewal in one click from your account — you keep the harvest you have already paid for. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
